After the presentation, Adrian guided us through the different requirements for a smart home and helped us determine the different smart equipment we need for our new home.

He also offered options for the home equipment that we had already purchased before meeting him.

I am in the midst of a major renovation of my house and wanted to implement Smart Home. I can consider myself as a amateur or hobbyist in Smart Home as I automated routines in my current house with Amazon Alexa, some smart bulbs, a few IR controllers and fingerbots. But I wanted more home automation with smart switches etc.
Chanced upon Adrian's excellent "16 Mistakes Homeowners Make For Smart Home" video and learnt a lot about Smart Home. To learn more, my wife and I made an appointment with Adrian and had a 90min no obligation consultation session with him.
Adrian is indeed the guru in Smart Home, yet he is very humble, patient and friendly. First he demoed the capabilities of Smart Home (my wife was impressed by the lightings and effects), then he had a conversation to understand our needs and wants. After gathering the info, he customized his solution by addressing our needs and wants, and goes beyond by proposing useful ideas.
Adrian's approach of solution first, technology second impressed me. We have met up with a few other Smart Home vendors, most are selling their technology instead of solutions. And Adrian's prices are reasonable. For sure we can get devices online and DIY ourselves, however we wanted a peace of mind with certified products and someone like Adrian to address our concerns. Hence my wife and I do not take very long to confirm engaging him.
Update in June, 2024: I have been running the Smart Home devices installed by AT Smart Home for the past 6 months and encountered minimum issues. Adrian even texted me after 6 months to check in with me! Kudos to his service quality.
